Reed Smith’s Practice Innovation team provides their clients with bespoke solutions within the legal lifecycle. Their SharePoint extranet allows streamlining of client processes and provides the most up-to-date and accurate information on legal matters. Knox Design Strategy was engaged to redesign the SharePoint environment, while also leveraging PowerBi to provide powerful data to their clients on specific matters.

We collaborated with the Practice Innovation team to provide flexible templates that can be leveraged for a wide variety of clients. Reed Smith’s team is able to easily create sites for Contracts Tracking, Contracts Analysis and Financial Dashboards using our custom web part designs.

Our responsive designs allow Reed Smith clients to access all the important information regarding their matters whether on desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device. We also worked on both their SharePoint On-Prem and SharePoint Online environments to ensure a seamless experience regardless of which platform a client is using.

Custom Home Page

The Practice Innovation team is able to customize their client’s home pages to highlight the most important content. Custom web parts like the Financial Dashboards, Contract Analytics and “Quick Actions” gives clients easy access to the most important information at a glance as well as important actions like “New Contract” or “New Document”.
