Uncovering the Need

As one of the world’s leading law firms, this Am Law 50 firm needed an internal knowledge platform to help keep pace with the demands of a fast-moving, global legal team. Existing systems made it difficult to locate institutional knowledge, share updates across departments, or deliver a consistent user experience. Information was fragmented, difficult to manage, and visually disconnected from the firm’s refined digital identity.

Shaping the Solution

To address these challenges, we designed a centralized Knowledge Center that serves as a single source of truth for firmwide expertise and documentation. The new platform features intuitive navigation, robust filtering, and advanced search functionality, all tailored to the needs of legal professionals. Beyond the platform itself, we created a UI brand guide to ensure design consistency across tools and teams. We also introduced a flexible, wiki-style page template that allows contributors to easily manage and publish content, keeping the system dynamic without sacrificing structure or visual clarity.

Our goal wasn’t just to build a tool, it was to support a culture of shared knowledge and continuous collaboration across the firm.

The Result

The result is a scalable, user-first Knowledge Center that enhances collaboration and streamlines access to critical internal resources. Legal teams can now search, filter, and contribute with ease, no technical expertise required. The system reflects the organization’s brand sophistication and sets a new standard for how knowledge is captured, shared, and maintained across the firm.
