Our engagements are personally led by our founder, who brings over two decades of experience working in the legal industry.

Previous work includes:

  • Defined the vision, key goals, and product roadmap for an Am Law 50 client portal, working alongside the firm’s knowledge management and innovation teams to ensure alignment – resulting in documented workflows, detailed user stories, and a product roadmap delivered in a practical, ready-to-implement format.
  • Mapped comprehensive client and prospect journeys in partnership with the marketing and business development teams – producing persona-based journey maps, analyzing engagement and data gaps across touchpoints, and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and enhance firm visibility.
  • Collaborated with an Am Law 100 firm’s IT team on a technology evaluation, conducting stakeholder interviews that yielded an issues list, recommendations for resolution, prioritized matrices, and estimated work effort. We identified the most valuable and technically feasible changes, created user stories, flows, and wireframes.
  • Created a comprehensive Content Governance Playbook to define ownership, governance processes, and maintenance, including agenda templates, approval workflows, and lifecycle guidelines for a law firm intranet.
  • Mapped complex workflows and desired integrations for an Am Law 100 firm’s matter opening process, consolidating them into a single integrated application – resulting in a unified interface and streamlined process.
