Are you a visionary in the world of user experience and user interface design? Knox Design Strategy is on the lookout for a full-time (or contract) Senior UX/UI Designer with over 5 years of experience, ready to create outstanding digital experiences. As Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll oversee the design and development of user-focused digital solutions that meet client business goals and strategies, making a lasting impact from project initiation through launch.
As an integral member of our team, the Senior UX/UI Designer’s responsibilities include:
User Experience and User Interface Design, and Product Management (60%): Focus on crafting compelling, user-centered digital solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients and their users. This includes developing creative concepts and prototypes for client review and approval.
Leadership, Staff Management and Art Direction (25%): Lead and mentor junior designers, while overseeing the quality of all creative output. Manage strategic partners (e.g., engineers, developers, SEO consultants) to ensure deliverables meet specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Client and Project Management (15%): Oversee project timelines and coordinate client approvals to support smooth execution and maintain the highest levels of responsiveness and client satisfaction.

Compensation
The full-time salary range for this role is $90,000–$120,000, depending on experience. Contract compensation will be determined separately based on terms of engagement.
