Brittney is a designer who brings a user-centered mindset, a love for creating immersive experiences, and a passion for building sustainable design systems to any space she’s working in. For the past eight years, Brittney has worked in client-facing design, collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. Through research, strategy, and a genuine commitment to her clients, she’s led projects end-to-end and helped ship dozens of digital products.
Brittney has collaborated with clients such as CB2, Moderna, Ocean Spray, and Smithsonian. Prior to joining Knox Design Strategy, Brittney led UX initiatives at Matouk, where her design strategies contributed to a 16% year-over-year revenue increase and a 21% boost in conversion rates. Brittney holds a Master’s degree in Graphic Design and Visual Experience from the Savannah College of Art and Design and is passionate about designing accessible, engaging products that enhance both user experience and business performance.
Brittney started her design career working with agencies that focused in advocacy, sustainability and policy. From creating informational guides for conservation groups to print material for lobbyists on Capitol Hill, she’s no stranger to the importance of law. Designing for law firms comes with its own set of goals and challenges, but Brittney is committed to collaborating with clients to create thoughtful, cohesive design solutions.
Outside of work, Brittney is passionate about film, music, baking and ceramics.
