Are you a visionary in the world of user experience and user interface design? Knox Design Strategy is on the lookout for a full-time Senior UX/UI Designer with over 5 years of experience, ready to create outstanding digital experiences. As a Sr. UX/UI Designer, you’ll oversee the design and development of user-focused digital solutions that meet client business goals and strategies, making a lasting impact from project initiation through launch.
As an integral member of our team, the Sr. UX/UI Designer’s responsibilities include:
User Experience and User Interface Design, and Product Management (60%): Your primary focus will be crafting compelling, user-centered digital solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients and their users. You’ll also be responsible for developing creative concepts for client presentation and approval.
Leadership, Staff Management and Art Direction (15%): You’ll supervise and mentor junior designers, reviewing and approving all work created; managing strategic partners (developers, SEO consultants, etc.) to ensure work is completed to specification, on time and on budget.
Client and Project Management (15%): Managing individual project timelines and ensuring client approvals will be vital to your role, ensuring responsiveness and maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.
General Studio Responsibilities – Marketing & Administration (10%): You’ll be an active participant in team meetings, contributing to thought leadership, and engaging in marketing efforts that propel our professional development and studio goals forward.

$90,000–$120,000 based on experience.
