showcasing the features of a crisis communications tool

client Crisis Response Pro

Long-time client, strategic communications firm PRCG | Haggerty, enlisted our assistance in branding and designing a responsive website promoting CrisisResponsePro, an online tool that helps organizations manage the unique communication needs that arise in crisis situations. How do we develop a direct yet innovative approach that effectively presents the tool’s capabilities and functionality across multiple platforms?

After gaining an understanding of the workflow and functionality of the tool itself, we developed several concepts for an identity system, color palette and compositional approach. We aimed to create a seamless transition from the marketing site to the online tool; thus, we worked closely with the development team responsible for tool’s back-end functionality to re-skin the existing structure, ensuring consistent integration our unique look and feel. The marketing site includes a How-it-Works page, complete with visuals that outline the online tool’s features and functionality, a thorough FAQ section and a page that details pricing information for the platform.

Brandie Knox has a creative vision that translates marketing ideas into reality. We’ve worked together on many projects, from logo and identity design, to website, to printed materials, I have always been impressed with her team’s professionalism and marketing knowledge– and, most of all, with her artistic and design sense.
