The Small Firm SIG was formed to assist small law firms (defined by less than 100 lawyers or fewer than five marketing professionals) by providing important and timely information on an array of legal marketing issues so that small firms can maximize the time and resources they have and increase their business development efforts. We look forward to another year of programs along with the opportunity to network and share ideas.

A little about us:

Kimberly Connolly is Director of Marketing, Business Development and P.R. at Borah Goldstein, a 50 attorney real estate law firm. As the firm’s founding marketing director (and sole marketer) who recently spearheaded the firm re-brand, she has found the Small Law Firm SIG to be an invaluable resource for learning and networking with her peers.

Brandie Knox is the Principal & Creative Director at Knox Design Strategy, a design studio specializing in brand identity, digital strategy, corporate communications, and graphic design for law firms. Before founding Knox Design Strategy, Brandie managed the brand and design team at Shearman & Sterling. She knows that critical to meeting business objectives is open collaboration with key decision-makers within a firm. Events are for LMA members only. Your feedback and ideas are welcome as we continue to formulate programs. We also ask for your help as we are seeking venues for upcoming meetings. Please let us know if you and your firm might be able to host a luncheon meeting. We hope to hear some of your ideas live at the LMA event on February 16th! — Kimberly Connolly & Brandie Knox 2017 Small Firm Shared Interest Group Co-Chairs
